Hosted by the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC Perfusion Societies, MAVES 2010 is an educational conference that looks at Mechanical Circulatory Support of Heart Failure Patients from a multidisciplinary approach.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at 2 different hotels.  Both are 3-star hotels geared towards the business traveler.  If you prefer more luxurious accommodations, there are plenty of options closer to Washington, DC and the Crystal City area.

For those who prefer to avoid driving in Washington, DC, there is a metro (subway) stop right at Reagan National Airport and as well as a bus transit from Dulles International Airport to the metro.  Homewood Suites has a shuttle that will pick you up from the Dunn-Loring Station and drive you to the hotel, Inova Fairfax Hospital, and other nearby points.  See the travel document for more details.
